County Cab has been an amazing car service, I have been a loyal customer for two summers now, and I have had the pleasure of having KEVIN (Popeye) as my driver. He has been my driver every summer for a month and he is great. KEVIN is very helpful every summer when we have travelled to St. Louis. He has been nothing but nice, punctual, patient caring and overall and amazing person. He was always on time and even waited for us when we were running late, KEVIN was always formal and kept the long cab rides interesting. He was so kind to us that he would help us with ideas for things to do while in St. Louis so that we would explore. We had called another cab company. And had a ride set for a certain pick-up. Hour after pick-up no cab. Then we found yellow cab. They were fast to pick us up and very friendly service. And learned more about the area we moved to. My family will only use yellow cab for all our cab needs.

I took the Amtrak from Dallas Texas to St. Louis Missouri. The cab was at the station on time and he even waited while I obtained my luggage. He was friendly and helpful. He got me to my destination on time. Yellow Cab thanks for making the end of a long journey easy.

I ordered a cab to take us to the airport at 6:30 a.m. The driver was there at 6:25 a.m. He was very professional and the cab was clean. I would use the service again. Very dependable.

I downloaded the yellow cab app. It's amazing. Just put the time you want picked up. They send you a text when they are almost there and the name of the cab driver and the cab driver ask your name to make sure no one takes your cab. We have never had to wait for a cab or had an unpleasant experience. but download the app as that's what brings this cab company to the top

Had to catch the 0430 Amtrak to Chicago, and the driver was at our door a little earlier even than the plenty of time we'd arranged. Coming back, we used the app to arrange for a cab when we got to Alton. The driver was at the Amtrak station within 5 minutes or so of when we'd asked.

Driver arrived early. Drove a great speed. Knew where to go. Very kind and respectful and friendly. Driver was Brian. Very happy with him and this company.

We use the app and request our taxi for the time we want to leave. We have had exceptional service this way. Once we reach our destination we use the app to request our ride home. I reserved the cab the night before. I received a text the next morning saying who the driver would be, and a call from the driver telling me how soon he'd be at the pick up destination. He was even a fee minutes early. It was convenient and efficient. I would definitely use again

I recently went through a divorce and my spouse moved out of state. this left me at home with my son. He has a very mild form of autism and at this time is not driving. He attends school at local college three days a week. My job requires a great deal of travel. Before, I could depend on my spouse for my son's transportation needs. Needless to say that is not the case today. I made several inquiries and looked at all forms of transportation for my son while I am away. County & Yellow Cab solved my problems. They took special care and time in designing a program that worked for me and my son. I had a fantastic experience with St. Louis & County Cab. My boyfriend and I are not from the St. Louis and needed reliable transportation to our venue and then back to the hotel. Took a random cab from hotel to dinner. This random cab was horrible. Used the County Cab/St. Louis cab app for the return trip. Driver was awesome car was clean and in proper working order and our driver Paul was great! Highly recommended

I ordered a cab online to take me to the airport very very early on a Thursday morning. I was well notified when the driver was near, he showed up right on time, and he was very friendly in greeting me. Things took a bit of a turn very quickly though, starting with his comment,"So, you're going to the airport. I think I know where that is. This is my first day." Turns out he did know perfectly well how to get to the airport from my house, and I was never worried about that since I know perfectly well how to get to the airport from my house. But really, it was a pretty absurd ride. My driver was a big talker. Big, big talker. I will grant that he asked if it was okay with me before he made a phone call to a supervisor, but then he proceeded to have a long, loudish conversation about the inadequate training he'd gotten the day before from another driver. Once he hung up, he started chatting with me. He barely took a break from talking during the whole 45 minute ride. He was a very nice, professional man, and I think he meant well, but it was really too much for me, especially at 4:30 a.m.!

New here to St Louis and ever since I moved here I've used this taxi service. Omg, they will arrive in no time and have the best rates. The drivers are friendly and professional. I love the way they text when they've found a taxi which includes the driver's name. The app is easy to use as well. I don't use anyone else for my traveling needs. I absolutely love this company. The cab driver arrived a little early to take me to the airport. He helped me with my bags and got me to the airport in a direct and efficient way.

My plane left at 6a which meant I had to be at the airport by 0445 at the latest because I was flying internationally. Initially, I was going to drive and park as I'd always done but my brother LOVED this company and strongly encouraged me to try them out. (He's travelled to 17 countries in 3 yrs so he flies a lot!) Anyhoo, IT WAS EFFORTLESS! By getting the reservation on-line, I could make sure that the time and place of pick-up was correct; nothing misunderstood as with a phone call. The driver was EXACTLY at the time arranged, plus I got a "heads-up" text telling me he was X-minutes away. The driver even showed me a faster way to get to the drop-off gates. The first time I ever used County and Yellow Cab, it was 10:30 at night, I was tired from working all day, and I had missed the bus. When I called for a cab, it was there in a matter of minutes to pick me up and get me home safely. For roughly a month, until I got my car up to the city, C&YC was how I got home every night. There were times when the service was slow, but the drivers were always friendly and courteous, especially one particular guy named Andy, who I ended up riding with quite a few times. It's a great service, and worth the money, especially when you're in a jam.

We pre-booked our cab to the airport and driver showed up at scheduled time with a few minutes to spare. He dropped us off on time and safely. I told him we would be needing a ride back in a week when we returned from vacation so he said he will be at exit waiting on us and he was. Great driver and reliable great service!

I don't usually take taxi's and I was nervous about signing up online without ever speaking to anyone. Plus, I was nervous about getting to the airport during rush hour. It turns out that I had nothing to worry about. I needed to be picked up at a very specific time, and the driver was not only early, but also happy to wait until I was ready. He was very courteous, polite, and very interesting to talk to. I was at the airport before I knew it, with plenty of time. I will definitely use this app again the next time I need a taxi.

We don't often use cab service in St. Louis, but needed transport to the airport very early one morning. I used the online advance reservation service, arranging for an earlier than necessary pickup time. I did so because I was afraid the cab wouldn't show up on time. Not to worry as it turned out - cabbie was exactly on time, and friendly at a very early hour. I will definitely use this service again!!!

So easy to get a cab with the Yellow Cab app. Seconds to order and the cab is always on time. The app sends you a text when the cab is approaching and you can track its location on your phone. Great experience!

I have had pretty good service. Drivers were very prompt coming to my home. Driving was good. Two issues with my last trip. The driver's car was very dirty. There were Hot Fries (something like Cheetos) all over the floor and pieces of Poptarts on the floor. It was a mess! The driver was a "very mature" woman and although a good driver and courteous , there was no way she could have helped me with my luggage.

St. Louis county cab has never failed to arrive on time. The driver has always been very helpful and at times has gone out of his way. For example, last trip to airport in March I left my billfold at home. The driver not only turned back so I could retrieve my billfold but manage to get me to the airport in time to catch my plane. I can count on St. Louis county cab.

I had to fly out at 5 am after visiting a friend in St. Louis. As a women alone in a strange city early in the morning, my driver made me feel very safe and secure. We had a great conversation on the way to the airport. I love the online reservation experience and the updating text messages were wonderful. Highly recommended!

Very good service, good driver, clean cab. Driver had a slight problem finding my exact location, but I was called by the dispatcher and the driver arrived in just moments. Was happy about the ability to reserve the cab on line ahead of the time needed. All in all, don't know what could have made this experience better. With the exception of the cabbie that had smoked in the cab twice, I've had the most wonderful experience with the cab service.

During two recent business trips to St. Louis, I used St. Louis County Yellow Cab. Using their smart phone app, I was able to schedule pick-ups easily, providing my pick-up location, drop-off location, and payment preference. Immediately after, St. Louis County Yellow Cab provided the cab number, driver, name, current cab location, and estimated time of arrival through text messages. Drivers have always been responsive and friendly. It is the only cab I will take in St. Louis!

I have used this company for most of my life and they have always been extremely reliable. But their app is a game changer. It makes ordering a cab so simple and convenient.

I have used their service many times and have never had them fail to show up on time and ready to go. Drivers are generally above average, courteous and helpful. My only negative experience was when I called one of their cabs to the STL Airport for a ride home one evening. The driver must have been new or she was just lost but she did not know how to get out of the airport parking and after about a 35 minute delay she finally figured it out but that was time I could have used for better things. I will continue to use their service for business and personal purposes.

I travel at least 6 times a year, the mobile app is invaluable. The customer service is excellent!

I have ordered a cab around times, and had a good experience except once when I didn't a get a cab even after an hour, that was the only disappointing experience.

I got a cab for the Airport from my home for Christmas. I made a reservation online the night before, and called to verify the next morning a couple hours before the pick up time. The receptionist was nice and verified the reservation. The cab arrived on time, a little early even. The driver was a very nice guy and the ride was pleasant. They allowed payment with credit card, too. My only complaint was that the cab (I rode in one of their minivans) smelled like old cigarettes (stale smoke smell) and the seat was moderately comfortable, not great. I could tell it was an older van. I might request a car next time, I didn't really specify the type of car I wanted. I would still use Yellow cab company again, great overall service, but they really need to ban any and all smoking in all their cars, it's 2015!

I was going out of town for an extended stay and a friend recommended that I schedule a cab to and from the airport. The morning of my departure, the driver was early and cheerful. A good thing considering it was 6:30 in the morning! When I returned home, both flights were late and the 2nd flight made me check my carry on. So of course I was even later than I expected. The driver called my cell, left a message and I called him back explaining the situation, and told him that if he needed to take another fare, I completely understood. He waited for my mother and I to get our bags--for almost 30 minutes! Any time I need to travel, I will leave my car at home and take a cab!

I always use County Cab whenever I need a ride to or from the airport. They are always on time and courteous. Great, dependable service.

I use these guys often. They're always friendly & social. The only downside is they always show up way earlier than the time ordered for and they seem like they never know where I'm going, when all of that information is entered when ordering. Not enough to drop a star, I just think it makes the online ordering pointless.

I made a huge mess and scheduled a taxi for 2:30AM instead of 2:30PM. The company not only waited more than 30 minutes before I could wake up and pick see the messages/pick the phone as they were very comprehensive and supportive when I explained my mistake. More than working fine in normal situations they know how to keep services mindset and support the client, even when the client is wrong or made a huge mistake like that. I recommend and will always be loyal to these services because of the great treatment provided.

Surprisingly, it was just about the best cab experience I ever had. On time, good price, good discussion with driver.

The app is super easy to use and I don't have to worry about trying to find a ride. Depending on the driver, you may need to direct them. But overall, everyone is really knowledgeable about STL.

I seldom need to use a taxi service but on 3 occasions needed a ride to the airport. The driver is always a few minutes early and the text message updates keep me looped in to the whole process.

I was in town for a quick visit and was on a tight time frame to leave my meeting. St. Louis County & Yellow Cab was easy to find on the internet and had an automated scheduling system. I put in my address and desired pick-up time and the driver was very punctual. He sent me a quick text when he was a few minutes away and we had a nice 30 minute ride back to the airport. He was friendly and the cab was clean. I'll be happy to use them again next time I'm in the area.

I have not used a cab service before so was not sure what to expect. From making appointment all the way through being picked up, the process could have not been any easier or better. Being a woman traveling alone, I was a bit hesitant to use a cab service. However, the driver was able to make me feel comfortable from the start. I say that because we were new to town and he made us feel welcome and even told us about some history as we were driven to our destination. He offered to pick us back up and called us around our time to let us know he was in the area so we had a comfortable ride back. Awesome!

I would appreciate it very much if the car is cool when i get in when it is 1oo degrees out. I would appreciate it if the driver would not speed thru traffic.More often than not the drivers are wonderful. I ride twice per day 5 days a week.I spend $110 a week with you.I want to not arrive to work sweating from heat or fear.They need to slow down .

I use st Louis cabs as I work in st Louis but do not live here. Travelling for work ,I get to see cab service across the country. The app sets this cab company apart. The phone service is also equally great. Having used this at least 20 times in the past year, they are punctual , clean and reliable. Prices are posted up front and reasonable. Except once, the drivers have not lost the way, very personable and earn the business. One of the best services I use and highly recommend.

St. Louis County Cab & Yellow Cab provides excellent service. I usually have to call them last minute for an airport transfer. They are extremely prompt and courteous.

I have used county cab for years and always have great service. Really like the new app and how easy it is to order a cab with the technology.

I've had to travel twice this year for business to St. Louis County and spend several days in town each time and made extensive use of STL & Yellow Cab while there. I was impressed by the responsiveness, cleanliness, friendliness, the overall rates, and very importantly: how well equipped the entire fleet was in being able to take credit cards. The fact that there were card swipers right there in the back seat where my card never left my hand (oh and the swipers also were NFC capable, so I just had to tap my card instead of swipe which is pretty cool) just isn't a universal thing in other cities. I live in Tampa Bay, and none of the cab companies consistently take credit cards without breaking out some dubious machine that requires them to handle my card or dust off an antique carbon paper slider (no joke). I can select my tip about quickly from a list of predefined percentages, which is great. STL & Yellow Cab is also considerably more affordable than pretty much any of the other cab company I've ran into traveling with my company. If they ever consider branching out to Florida, I'd be quite happy.

I've used the St. Louis County & Yellow Cab company several times in 2014. I have their contact info in my phone, so all I need to do is send them a text message to request a cab and within seconds I get confirmation of the cab assigned to me. The cabs are clearly numbered so I can feel confident with the cab that arrives. The drivers have all been very customer service oriented with good driving skills. Even when they don't know the venue I ask for, they quickly ask other drivers and in no time we're on our way. I recommend them all the time.

I am not very tech savy and was skeptical about trying this app, BUT, I am very, very glad that I did. I found it extremely easy to use and I loved how I could actually see my cab coming to me on the map. I don't have to stand outside worrying that I might miss my cab not knowing when it might actually arrive. I have used this several times and I LOVE IT!

Every since I was a teenager in high school, I caught cabs. I rode the bus in 1981 a few times. I also send my 10 yr. old grandson to school in a cab, whenever he's at my home overnight. I have used St. Louis County Cab for probably 35 years. They are always on time and always pleasant to ride with. It is my cab company.

I love stl County and yellow cab because they always respond quickly. Their app makes ordering a cab very easy. Unlike laclede cab, stl county is reliable. Too many times I have called laclede for them to tell me a cab was en route and then have it never show. I appreciate the reliability of stl county.

Unfortunately when i was in town my cab ride was highjacked by another company it made for a huge mess. But there was a dispatcher who helped my dad try and get me a cab from where i was that night. She stayed on the phone with him to make sure i got back to my hotel safe. Being from a smaller town in Indiana i was very niave about the way things work in large cities. I appreciate the dispatcher being concerned for my safety. All in all my trip to St Louis was awful.
